“We ordered the walnut cake with great anticipation, unfortunately the inner platic bag had lots of shreds of plastic stuck to the bottom of the cake that had to be picked off. The cake itself had lovely chunky walnut pieces but was sadly quite dry in texture.”
“The cake was excellent but very slightly dry, but this could be because it a denser cake , plenty of walnuts and the coffee taste was superb .
I would say slightly on the expensive side, but as both of us can’t go past the front gate because of severe medical issues we both consider it money well spent , and grateful thanks to the staff at Meg Rivers for their hard work in difficult times”
