“Needs to be used with careful, spaced dosage. Best bet is to use for a couple of days before switching to paracetamol alone. Solpadeine can then be reinstated.”

“Very gentle on stomach. Excellent pain relief for when like me you cannot take aspirin or ibuprofen. Being soluble it is so much easier to swallow than tablets.”
