“Fantastic for getting a decent nights sleep, although they don’t make me tired, they just help me sleep all through the night which I really struggle with sometimes. I find these 25mg can make me quite groggy the following day, so the 10mg are useful if I have a busy day planned. Highly recommend, also fab when I stay over my mums house as I’m allergic to her dog and if I don’t take one at night I end up puffy eyed and sneezing for half the night. Fantastic stuff!”
