“This is a lifeline for people like my son who would rather take this occasionally than go on melatonin. Once my low level autistic son hit teens he started to have trouble getting to sleep at night. After he hit 19 and spoke to a GP about trying melatonin he suggested trying this for occasional use instead. He's been using it occasionally ever since once he starts to feel the effects of very little sleep. He never abuses it because it does make him feel very groggy the next day and he's worried that if he used it too often it would lose the effectiveness anyway.”
