“Bought a huge photographic print from this company, it arrived all in good time so took it to my framing guy and was told the picture was to large to frame! Bought another picture slightly smaller (but exactly the same) and was told if I returned the old one along with the original wrapping, receipt etc I would be eligible for a full refund. By this time a week had passed and I'd chucked the original wrapping away so wasn't eligible, that said I was given a voucher code for my second purchase allowing me 10% off. All good service from Media Storehouse, I will certainly use this company again and would be happy to recommend! :)”
