“First 2 weeks are tricky whilst you get your head around your fat intake. I decided to mainly focus on removing the saturated fat from my diet and have lost 22 pounds in 2 months and am now averaging 2 pound weight loss a week You have to lower your fat intake or you will suffer with embarrassing oil leakage, diarrhoea and an upset stomach. Very effective product, but you have to put the effort too”
