“I started taking this in June 2023, I took only 2 a day as I don't eat breakfast. My starting weight was 13.6 and I'm currently 12.11 I have lost 5kgs in total and completely kept it off considering i have eaten everything I like. I open the capsules as the capsules are made of gelatine and I can't have that. I would highly recommend these. I have done not much exercise at all but I do walk alot at work. The more water you drink the better it gets as help with digestion”

“I'm PCOS woman who has previously taken metformin to manage weight prescribed lifelong by an endocrinologist in the 90's. It got more and more difficult to get a prescription for weight management. I felt so patronised and dismissed I eventually gave up. Menopause and lockdown later I did my research and seeing as I can't get an appointment anyway I purchased here. It can be rough to get used to it but it's a lot better than metformin. Tip....don't use if you go to a wedding or something catered for”
