“MCN compare is an extremely useful tool. Have used Bennetts for a long time but you have to haul them in as they don't look after your interests. Policy renewal came in from Bennetts @ £206, Identical policy on MCN compare through Bennetts £125 So thank you MCN and Bennetts it would be nice if you respected my loyalty”

“The phone contact seemed unaware of standard terms regarding Harley Davidson, which makes me think they only really know about sports bikes. Ended up having to explain 'forward controls, Stage One tuning, Screamin'Eagle exhausts' and informing him that Sportsters do not have 'end cans'. I also had to insist on full disclosure of material facts, which the contact did not carry out initially, hence a large increase in premium from the original stated premium. Further, I had to chase up my policy as the contact had taken down my secure email address incorrectly, despite it being spelled out and confirmed. A second chase up finally confirmed that my policy was still waiting in an email outbox to be sent to me, with nobody bothering to contact me to explain why my policy hadn't been received or what the problem was. This isn't good customer service at all. This comparison site practice is a carrot and stick, drawing the customer in with the delight of a low premium, only for the realistic prem to be revealed later. I will not be using a comparison site again for this reason.”
