I feel that Rightchoice insurance tried to find a way to cancel my policy just one month after I payed for it by a “mistake” with the documentation I had to provide

Terrible experience, after I had bought the policy they said that I couldn't use my no claims discount because I was using it for my car policy, never had a problem with that before. The cover was going to be very expensive then so I decided it was best to cancel it and found that the month of cover that I had and the cancellation fee came to just over what I had already paid! They wrote off the extra which was just £7 but it cost me a lot of money for one month's cover. Also, I was put on hold for nearly two hours, spoke briefly to two people for a minute each then on hold again. Avoid them! I am back with a better company now and no problem with my NCB, that was just RCIB trying to scam me out of more money.

I have chosen Right Choice purely based on price. I have not had the need to use them so I cannot comment on their service. Found it impossible to talk to an advisor regarding questions I had. (Covid??) Very quick and responsive to taking my premium though. Forget about 3rd party insurance only. No price difference between that and fully comprehensive. I found the motorcycle insurance industry very expensive and with very little, if any, incentives to assist their client in lowering their premiums. All I can say is that consider bike insurance a necessary evil.

I have found the company to be difficult to get hold of and when I have, I'm left on hold for a lengthy period of time. Correspondence is slow and often vital information omitted via email. Other inconsistencies have also arisen. I will not be renewing my policy with this company again.

This was the worst company I have ever been with in 46 years of buying insurance, in fact I’m now in the process of passing on all emails texts and a phone recording lasting over 10 minutes to be told at the end of the call sorry I only deal with cars hold the line will pass you on to someone who deals with motor cycles, save yourself the bother AVOID.

The company has not been very helpful an have hounded me for paper work that they needed telling me if i did not get the paper work to them they would cancel my insurance
