“Disappointed! I wanted a rider policy for two bikes. You go through the online forms wondering when you'll be asked for details on the second bike until you get to the end and you're not! No explanation. Found it very frustrating and won't be using the product again”

“Bikesure was certainly not the cheapest insurance option but of reading the coverage I decided that this would offer me the cover that I required. To complete the requirements of Bikesure I had to read through 58 x A4 pages of information and requirements. When I had completed the forms I was then advised to send certain documents (scanned or otherwise) to assure the insurer that I was who I claimed to be and had completed all forms truthfully. At the time I must say that frustration would be the word that sprung to mind but after careful consideration I now feel that I have good coverage and therefore I am pleased with the eventual outcome. I can only hope that come the renewal date, the process will be much more straightforward as all the information is already held by Bikesure.”
