“Shocking. Hidden charges galore. Purchase policy easily but after purchase they hit with signing declarations, proof of employment, driving license checks, copies of drivers license loads of other things which are not forewarned, it appears they wait so you fall outside of the 14 day cooling off period so you cannot claim full refund and hit you a £35 admin fee for each time a change is made, any variation will lead to an increase in premium which is excessive compared with the original quote but you have already bought the policy & being outside of the full refund most people will swallow it. All the while you are trying to sort out the extras they ask you for are you REALLY insured? These appear to be one of those cheap nightmare insurance companies that you really should just avoid.”

“I used MCN to compare my motorbike insurance renewal. Came up with Bikesure (Triumph). Very pleased with my new insurer.”

“Bikesure are the most demanding of all the insurers I have had, info after info has to be found by myself and sent to them, how's does that work, when I am the one paying for the service. Very inconvenient. Steve B”
