“After taking out the policy Bikesure wanted a whole list of additional evidence to support my answers to their policy questions, such as photos of the bike in a garage, photos of the odometer, my license history etc...I felt this was too much so chose to cancel, I would only get 20% of the premium back. If I SORN the bike I get nothing back. I won't be using them in future.”

“Long story but they ended up putting £120 on my policy when I mistakenly didn’t tell them about previous claims.Thinking car insurance is separate to bike insurance We not to cancel but the cancellation fee was £90”

“Well, that's a first! No reminder sent by email or post as policy renewal was due. So my insurance has unintentionally lapsed. NOT HAPPY.....”

“Very good pricing and a nice company, so far, to speak too and organise insurance with. I am 21 with A2 license and paid £520 inc extra's for a year on my restricted Bandit 600.”
