“Tried 3 times to upload my no claims proof and also emailed it, keep getting automated emails saying I need to upload it and now been told they are terminating policy as not received. Wouldn't want to be dealing with them should I need to claim. Waste of space!”

“Cost of cover was excellent, could have got it slightly cheaper but I have dealt with Hastings before and found customer service to be good ( for both bike and car). Website is easy to use and cover can be tailored to your requirements i.e. Legal, helmet and leather, breakdown, etc. Recommended.”

“Nothing but trouble and stress from the moment I Purchased policy in May 2017. Asked for proof of NCB which I supplied, 9 yrs+, then asked for proof of V5 and driving Licence, bike in my name and have a clean licence. Then they e mailed me to say my insurance was cancelled! After numerous attempts to call them only to put on hold. I E mailed them and was told to return policy which I did, only to receive another policy by post, then sent a e mail to say my policy has been cancelled and cancellation fee is £42000! but they are not charging me, Oh thank you HD your so kind! This company has become too big and can not cope, I would hate to think what would happen if I had to make a claim!!”

“Good price but customer service people have no idea about bikes. Almost cancelled as they said a top box and engine bars were mods they couldn't provide cover for. In the end they only accepted them as they are triumph parts and we're fitted when new. Wont be renewing next year, will probably go back to my previous insurer who knows what a motorcycle actually is!”
