“I recommend Hastings Direct as I experienced a favourably-priced insurance cover for my ER5 Twister, with efficient, business-like contact by email. My only reservation is that there is a cancellation fee if I end my 12 months agreement with Hastings Direct for whatever reason but I understand this is common practice in the insurance industry. As a customer, I would like to see this removed as I cancelled cover last year when using my son's motorbike on a temporary basis of several months and still had to pay the balance of 12 months cover.”

“Cheap and cheerful. Making changes is a bit clunky and i wouldn't recommend their online chat service. But overall, exactly what you pay for. Can't really complain.”
