“Hastings Direct was the best value when compared through MCN An excellent level of cover with a good options package. I had to make an adjustment to the policy the call was answered quickly and the change was dealt with very efficiently. I have just taken a second policy with Hastings very happy so far”

“Don’t answer the phone and then when the do the staff have no experience of motorcycles and when you try to explain things they don’t understand from my quote online my insurance ended up been more than my excising company I was with !!”

“The customer service was good but I had to phone to explain the 'non standard' extras chain oiler, hard luggage etc.”
