“Having found the policy on-line I telephoned Hastings Direct to talk to a proper voice. The customer service was excellent, helpful and easy to understand answering all my questions. I received the documentation via e-mail as discussed and since then I have made one call to them to check out a query. They were very helpful and cleared up that query quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Hastings Direct to any of my friends.”

“I have insured with Hastings direct previously because they are very competetive with the low excess I required. Very easy process. An issue I have had, was being charged £35 to cancel a policy as I had sold the bike, when the policy only had 2 weeks to run and the total premium was under £200p.a. I think this is standard for most companies though.”

“Only had trouble sending in my renewal into verifying my NCB via photo of documents that they said was fine to do . It took three attempts and two days to successfully do that do r them to then get told ta but may need to verify this at a late day .”
