“Not a great company. Insure bikes with several companies and these are the worst. Would hate to have them deal with a claim. Have 13 years no claims bonus. They wanted to charge an extra £60 because I had forgotten to disclose previous accident in my car that was not my fault and resulted in no payment. Seemed like an excuse to demand more money for no good reason. Decided better to insure elsewhere as had no confidence that MCE would deal fairly in the event of an accident.”
