“Without any doubt probably the worst ever brokers I have dealt with. Did not answer repeated phone calls or e-mails, only answered when sent recorded delivery letters. Requested proff of NCB which was sent to them, 4 weeks later received a written letter sayinf my insurance would be cancelled dur to non-presentation of proof of NCB. Once again it was sent but even with repeated unanswered calls and emails I received no confirmation. Finally I wrote to them recorded delivery with the proof of NCB and they accepted, NO APOLOGY at all, no recognition of the problems it had caused me. I will never ever use DEVITTS (BMW Insurance broker) again, totally unprofessional and incompetent.”
