“Ordered my item on the 24th march, and received a text from DHL to say it would be delivered on the 1st April [today] but it hasn't arrived. I sent a txt to Maxwells a few days ago to ask if they had any idea when my goods would arrive but received no reply. I know things are difficult at the moment, but I thought a response would have been good manners”

“I placed an order online on the 25th March which I have still not received. I was told that the delivery would arrive between 1-7 days and have not even received an email to say my order has been dispatched. I am aware of the government restrictions imposed for covoid-19 and the fact your stores are closed currently. however on the day I placed my order it was still saying delivery was available. I am not happy at all considering the fact I paid £23 delivery fee which I think is extortionate anyway. I purchased the products believing I would get the product in the time required. I would cancel my order but there is nobody available to speak to.”
