“I was pleasantly surprised with this B & D Dustbuster purchase,I did not expect a lot from it after having a similar hand held vac in the past.Wow what a brilliant robust vac,it picks up every bit of debris including pet hair,effortlessly.Its perfect for doing the stairs safely,I have fallen with an upright cleaner before,so take safety seriously.Its very well built,well done Black and Decker,it definitely deserves a 5*****rating.”

“Extremely poor suction and the pet hair adaptor did not pick up dog hair so the item was not fit for purpose in any way. It has been returned bit am awaiting a refund and confirmation they will pay the £13 postage to return it to them. Very poor level of customer service and disappointing communication from Maxwells DIY. I will not use this company again in light of my experience.”

“I found the B&D very good. The turbo brush is perfect. The build quality is very good definitely value for money, I bought it to replace a B&D I had for about 10 years I hope this one lasts as long.”
