“The fencing did not arrive on the delivery day given. There were no phone calls or emails saying it would not be delivered. It turned up the next day but was the wrong size 3' not 2 ' Customer care said the right panels could not now be delivered for 3 days because of the weekend and it was now Friday. As I was now already behind I accepted them and cut them down to the required size. I requested that the supervisor ring me and the girl in customer care said she would but to date no phone call. I have her name should you want it for training purposes.”
