I am indeed very pleased that my course was helpful, it is my biggest satisfaction.
I understand the point of view of contractors as it is important to understand the technical aspects of the preparation and also to have a good knowledge of the different products such at sealants to have a good protection in sensible areas. However, many contractors are not taught themselves very well, when it comes to decorative finishes, and it can lead to very costly disasters.
