“Levi’s hoodie was really lovely. Unfortunately, too big and a smaller replacement wasn’t in stock. Service from Masdings really poor. I was charged £7.99 for postage to return the item - £4 for return postage and £3.99 for the original. I know of no other company who does this. When I rang them I was basically told that I should have read their Ts and Cs. Yes, of course, because everyone does that don’t they? I won’t be buying from them again.”
