“This is my second Marloe and I'm really happy with it. The level of finishing is pleasing, the silicone strap very comfortable and the dial provides a nice splash of vibrant colour without being OTT, while including some nice subtlety with the stripes. Dial readability is typical of white dial / silver hand combos. Lume holds up well, retaining readability into the early hours and the hands and dots are well matched for brightness and longevity. The 9039 movement seems very well regulated and I find it has settled down to perform consistently well within COSC limits.
Downsides? Well, the timer bezel does not fully disengage from the drive, even when following the instructions to the letter, so it is fiddly getting it set exactly where you want it.”
