“I absolutely love my new Coniston Black Edition - The attention to detail is amazing, everything from the packaging to the watch & strap just ooze quality, the way the hue of the face shifts from black to blue when caught by the light is absolutely mesmerising. The gold exhibition back is a thing of rare beauty.
The presentation box is really high quality with a real sense of occasion from the moment you take delivery to the moment you lift the lid off & discover the 'homage' to the Cambell's booklet, to the limited edition certificate card recording your watches unique number then lifting the booklet tray to finally revealing the Coniston in all its glory. This is my first Marloe & it definitely won't be my last!
The Coniston really works as a multi occasion watch. Whether casual or special occasion, it definitely catches the eye of the many admirers. I ordered mine with a black leather rally strap & in my opinion they go together perfectly. This match of watch & rally strap really captures the very ethos of the Cambell's & their pursuit of speed records.
As for Marloe as a company, It really demonstrates that a fabulous British designed time piece need not cost a small fortune & because of the pricing model, allows a wider customer base to own a quality timepiece that looks highly individual on the wrist. This in turn encourages brand loyalty & future investment. I for one am currently looking forward to my next purchase which will more than likely be a Solent Black Edition.”
