But just as important as the watch itself, or maybe even more so, is the outstanding customer support I've received from Marloe. In haste when purchasing my Marlow Commander I forgot to apply the new customer discount code I had receive from Marloe when creating a customer account. I subsequently emailed Marloe to ask whether the discount code I received could after the fact be applied to my purchase. I received a responce almost immediately (and it was well after regular business hours in the UK) from Oliver (one of the company's owners) who said that he would apply a corresponding credit back to the credit card I used to purchase my Marloe watch.
