“OK, I've sat on the fence for a few weeks prior to reviewing this purchase. I am disappointed,'but hang on' you say ' you've given it 5 stars'. And there in lies the dilemma. This watch is big. Now I have big wrists, north of 8 inches so the 43mm diameter ain't the problem. The issue is the depth at 15mm that's over half an inch! I put it on and I am sorry, I felt a little like I had strapped an alarm clock to my wrist.Did I know it was 15mm when I purchased? Yes I did. Do I think the watch is well made?, am I impressed by the inclusion of the top end Seiko movement? Do I like, nay love the design of the face? The finish of the case? the crown?, plungers? The supplied strap? The sheer theatre of the unpacking experience?, value for money? The answer to all of these points is YES. Hence in all good conscience how could I give it less than 5 stars. Just not a watch I suspect I will be wearing too often. I⁰pncidentally, I also purchased an Eyre from the Cambell collection which I think is fantastic and I am waiting on the lanch of the 35mm for my better half and perhaps the new diver for myself i.e. I rate this company highly.”
