“This is my second Marloe (a Lomond Chronoscope is also in my collection) and I love it as well.
Beautifully and carefully packaged, the watch is stunning even in the box. On the wrist it sits beautifully, part tool, part instrument, part stunning timepiece. The hand, hand tip and dial palette is just perfect, and the strap needs to be seen to be appreciated. The gleaming case is set off by a perfect knurled logo crown. This is a remarkable value even with US import duty added.
I have become a huge fan of the watches coming out of Marloe, and I am delighted to wear this wonderful timepiece.”
“The number of compliments I've had on this watch in the past week has already blown me away. It is very distinct, the quality is all over and I love to share the story about the journey the Marloe Watch Company is on.”
“A superb timepiece, the design and build of which could easily embarrass more expensive rivals. I particularly like the way the polished case back is almost completely flush with the rest of the case, making it appear as if it's a single piece of steel.
The Sellita movement has a very smooth yet positive winding mechanism, and has so far been keeping excellent time for a mechanical watch. That accuracy, combined with the highly visible date complication and face design make this a very practical and reliable daily wearer.
A stunning and distinctively British watch, beautifully made.”
“This is the first Marloe Watch I have purchased. I have other British brands ie Bremont, Pinion, Pinchbeck & Christopher Ward and this Haskell Field standard compares very well. It has a very clear legible face. The case is almost a mirror finish stainless steel which sits on the wrist well. Maybe the date window is a little small but I am happy with the quality. For a relatively new company they do an awful lot well.”
