“The watch is lovely, it really is. I had apprehensions about paying £300 for a ‘windy’ as a gift for my step-son who is loves and collects watches, I needn’t have been concerned. In terms of functionality, he tells me that from a full wind he got more that 40 hours continued and, importantly, accurate time keeping. The sharp looks, lovely contrast between the blue of the Bluebird and the brown leather strap and it proportions means that it looks lovely on his wrist. I must convey that I have just purchased an Omega Seamaster 300, it is my ultimate watch and in buying it promised my wife it would be the last watch I would ever buy, I think that may not be true. Seeing the watch on my step-son’s wrist makes me want one of those too. It is a snip at the price and I wish MWC all the success in the future in a tough market, they deserve their plaudits.
