“This concerns ten Bigscreen Roller Banner stands v2 purchased recently by The Coleridge Memorial Project in Ottery St Mary, Devon, UK. Job Ref 156308. The Banners were considered a cost effective and more easily managed alternative to the heavier modular build systems, which I had used for many years (MH Multiscreen). I am an ex graphics studio manager and I still keep my hand in with design work but I hadn't purchased much graphics-already-installed exhibition material previously so I wanted to feel my way a bit to make sure it was all going to play well during production. I would have to say I was delighted with both the product and the way the job was managed. The admin side was smooth and efficient and my questions about templates, bleeds and so on were quickly and competently answered. There was good communication between admin and production and a test panel, sent on its own a while before the other panels, was retained, and some while later I was consulted about re-use of this data for the final printout. That demonstrated to me that someone was thinking clearly about my particular job - I was very happy about that. I would have no hesitation recommending this product and your service.
