“I cannot recommend this company highly enough as I couldn't be more delighted with my new bike. Ed went over and above my expectations to ensure I received exactly the right bike for my needs, down to changing the handle bars and the saddle for the perfect comfort level. I love the fact that they are only 10 miles away so that if I need the bike to be serviced they are accessible. A great bike for the money.”

“We got 2 X-cross 450 6 weeks ago. Would buy them again. Feels very sturdy, and only 19.7kg without the battery. We bought them for the campervan, so the weight was a big factor. We can also charge it off the campervan. The only negative I found was: The battery is VERY difficult to remove and to insert back into the bike. Also the charging port is VERY difficult to open. We found a very good solution for that problem however. Complicated to explain, but if anybody wants to know I could send a few pictures. “I've had my bike for a month now and every time I use it it makes me smile! The ride is so smooth and as easy as you want it to be. Invest in the comfy saddle and swept-back handlebars for extra comfort and go for the rim lock and extender cable for extra security. The only thing I can think of to improve the experience would be if the up and down buttons on the electric changer were more obvious to save you having to glance across to the shift gears. Maybe I'll try a luminous sticker and see how that works?! The customer service has also been amazing - from the help when ordering, to the personal delivery and tutorial from Ed - everything has been first class! I'm so glad I bought from Mark2 and would recommend them to anyone considering an e-bike.”

“I am just loving my new Mark 2 X-Cross bicycle! Although initially delivered without the battery due to delay in supply I still enjoyed riding it. Then when the battery was available and charged it was even more enjoyable! Comfortable and easy to ride; it just makes cycling a complete pleasure! The guys at Mark 2 have been very helpful.”
