Thank you for taking the time to review your product. May we suggest that you try smaller sections when you wave and always use Heat Protection Spray. when you do this, these waves normally last for days, not hours. When it comes to the kinks, try not to pull your hair over the waver as this can create kinks close to the clamp. Using the waver upside down will also help remove any clamp kinks.

“The barrel is a little to big for my hair but still gives a really nice wave and lots of volume which I love! It heats up really quick and even on my really thin and fine hair it leaves a voluminous wave.”
