“Not received item it's nearly been 3 weeks, no update from Hermes for 10 days,1 star rating as I'm disappointed with how long its taking to arrive, my advice to this company aswell as many others is to change delivery company Hermes are rubbish, if I receive the item which I hope I do I will review it again with a product review”
