“I had the same hair drier for the last 10 years and it was still working, but got a bit burnt so I decided to buy a new and I wanted the same. The new one is only looking the same, labelled and signed the same… but the way ot does the job is nothing to do with my old one. So you decreased your quality of your product instead of increasing it. I will not buy again. So disappointed”
