“I think the swappable wands are great idea, however it just has an on and off button, you can’t set a direct temperature which I didn’t realise when I bought it, also the wide plate straightener does get a lot of hair at once but it doesn’t clamp shut tightly enough, no matter how much or how little hair I am straightening, though it does come with a heat protective glove so I assume it’s for a reason”
