“Gives a great, longlasting curl but there was a piece of plastic between the 2 metal bits at the base and I had to remove it with a pair of pliers before I could connect the wand. I only realised this because I had another wand and I didn't have to do it with that one.”

Thank you for leaving your reviews. The barrels are fantastic, but I think you may have a handle from an old batch which has the 'prong' fault. I will message you as we are able to help with this so you don't have to use the pliars again!
