“I’d start by saying that overall the bike is good... the frame is light, the gearing is fantastic and the component parts feel high quality. However I’ve had to give a low score overall because of a few disappointing factors; 1. The bullhorns arrived damaged and although your customer services said they’d be happy to send a replacement I’ve not heard anything back on whether a replacement is being shipped. 2. The front mag wheel has a pronounced ‘wobble’ and when I fitted it to the bike the wheel kept catching on the brakes and wouldn’t freely spin ... I’ve taken the front brakes off just so it can spin freely. Again customer services said they’d look into it but haven’t been heard anything back. I’m happy to send pics and videos again of the above issues, and I’d also be happy to give a higher score If the above issues could resolved quickly; but at the moment I wouldn’t be able to recommend Mango Bikes to family, friends or colleagues”

“I used to ride road bikes a lot many moons ago, but have only been mountain biking the last 10 years so this is my first time back on skinnies. From my first ride I loved it, its super comfortable (even on Edinburgh roads!), and the geometry fits really well. I'm still getting used to the narrower grip, but always wanted bull horn handle bars. The custom colour options are great too. I'm looking forward to more commuting on my new steed now the weather is getting better. Thanks Mango!”

“Just got my single speed bike and i love it already, it looks and feels fantastic. I was previously looking for different single speed bikes for commuting. It should be fun to drive, easy to maintain and look cool and fresh while doing so. There were few options, but i wanted it to look unique and be sure nobody in town had same kind of bike. Based on good reviews i chose mango bikes. I don't regret for a second when it arrived. Everything was spot on. And they gave even tiny bag of haribos with the bike. Tasted great, thanks! Now i am patiently waiting for summer to hit on the streets with mango”

“Great bike and really excellent service! Ordered this bike as a combined 18th birthday and off to university present. Despite my quite late ordering the team and Mango ensured that it arrived perfectly in time for the family get together. Shipped out on the Wednesday afternoon and arrived on the Friday with good tracking available from TNT. Thanks again for the great support! The bike itself seems great. Built in up as a "stealth" edition (ie all black) and it looks really cool - especially the deep section wheels and bullhorn bars. The component and build quality seem great - especially for the price. I only had a chance for a couple of quick trips round the block on it as a shakedown when it was demanded off me and I haven't been allowed it since. A sign of a really successful gift I think! Probably need to get one for myself now ;). Thanks again to all at Mango!”

“The worst bike I have ever bought and absolutely terrible customer experience from mango. Ignored me for weeks, I had to message the M.D. on LinkedIn to get a response. Horrendous.”
