A great bike, just like I wanted, the only one little minus, I had to lower the saddle to the end, due to the fact that the frameset for me was high, if it was literally 2 cm lower, it would be super super. But overall, I'm very happy

I prefer my new ride to my girlfriend from time-to-time since she knocked at my door. Thanks to Andrew and the Mango mandem for introducing me to her!

I've gotta say -i love my Mango bike! I ordered end of Nov 2020, and when i checked around Christmas it was going to be a good few months wait for build and delivery, but it arrived mid-January!!! That was a lovely surprise. Very happy with my single speed - still waiting on a brown saddle, but they will come when they are restocked. It looks the business, very very pleased and happy to have supported a small, local, family run business. #Mangoforlife

Only giving a 3 star because the bike is pretty good. The problem with mango bikes is their communication to the customer. They never respond to customer emails unless it’s something the have done wrong or it’s urgent. The progress screen is a joke, please change the “bike added to build list” with an actual progress to where the bike is. Just fix your website , be honest with customers before they pay for an order with at least a realistic delivery date, and just answer your damn email other than when you’ve messed up.

Overall I am happy with the bike and would definitely recommend anyone purchasing one. However, due to the delay of my purchase I received an email saying you would chuck in some freebies (lights etc), which never happened. Also, I ordered a white cage bottle holder, yet I received a black standard one.

The really short review: love it! The longer short review: the bike handles well, is light and a joy to ride. After a few short jaunts to get the feel (it's the first time I've ridden a bike with drop bars in about 25 years) I took the single speed on it's first eight mile commute three days ago. I shaved six minutes off my usual journey. Not bad considering it has 20 fewer gears than my hybrid. OK it took nearly three months to arrive, but with the current situation in the world I knew it was never going to turn up after a few days. I'd have been more concerned if it had. Mango kept me informed with it's build progress. The pack of Haribos with the tools were a much needed "sugar rush" in the 15 minutes it took me to complete the assembly. I am now the envy of my bike buddies who have "ooh'd" and "aah'd" over it's minimalist build and clean lines (from a socially acceptable distance of course). But with winter now upon us and a white frame, I'll probably need to stock up on my bike cleaning gear ...

It looks stunning but the four months delay for delivery can’t be forgotten. On top of that on my first long ride today the right pedal starting coming off and now it seems the screw thread is gone. Not good. Overall the the bike looks great but the poor communication, reduces the quality of the customer experience and reduces the patience for when something goes wrong. I have no idea how long it will take to sort out the problem and I have no faith it will get sorted so let’s see.

The bike itself is a very good bike, I mainly have issues with the shipping and how the bike came. First the inner tube on the front wheel came punctured, but we replaced that. Additionally I did not get an instruction page or tools, thankfully your single speed is very accessible to put together without these items. Otherwise, it rides well and works after I fixed it, a very well made bike.
