“The seatpost is a very yellow gold, unlike the colour I was trying to match. It also turned out I needed a 27.0mm size so I want to return it. I emailed to this effect but as yet no reply from Mango bikes. Also I thought I’d ordered one and then it appears I hadn’t so I ordered one. Now I have two seatposts I don’t want and don’t know what to do about it!”
