Thank you Jim for your feedback. We are pleased you are enjoying my spice paste. You can also freeze the paste once opened, for a further 3 months. We are hoping to dedicate some more time (between our day jobs) to build up our recipe potfolio.....we are still learning the ropes. We will make sure we include some vegetarian dishes, which I enjoy cooking at home. Kind regards Jum
