“I made it following the directions on the packet, but the liquid amounts seemed too large in quantity. I added just 500ml of coconut milk instead of the 800 ml on the package, which together with the 400ml of water would have taken hours to boil down to a proper sauce consistency. Perhaps the potatoes add a thickening agent. Still waiting for the cooking to be completed.”
