Very spicey and full of flavour, I actually added baby corn as well and it worked out really well. I will definitely order again.

Absoutly fantastic, the heat of this paste was amazing. I made a fish curry with this paste and the flavours absolutely blew my mind. I opted not to add coconut milk as this dish is usually prepared with out, really differnt to the usual thai red/green curries.

Hi Carmen, I am so glad you loved the Jungle, it's my husbands favourite, as well as the Yellow. It's great with fish, but also with pork ribs and mint !! It's not so well know with mint, but it was my father's way of making it, and this is how my husbands likes it too; which is lovely. Jum

Thank you for your reviews, David. Great to receive some feedback. Yes, Jungle curry is definitely too hot for many, but there are ways to tone it back. Normally it is not cooked with coconut milk, but it can be used to balance out the heat a little. Also, have you tried it with fresh mint......sounds strange, but trust me; a hand full mixed in before serving will really lift the dish.....it is delicious and helps reduce the heat. Lastly, for those that find it still too hot, adding less paste will help reduce the heat, without loosing too much of the aroma and taste. But for us, David, we like it hot. ! Jum
