“Having never worn knee pads for bjj before, I was unsure whether they would benefit me. I have suffered with osgood schlatter since my teens and ground work was causing me issues. These knee pads have completely stopped that. They fit perfectly under my gi and would highly recommend them. They lose a star as the size guide is a bit off. Measured my leg and was surprised to see I was L/XL. Although they did fit, they weren't as snug as I would have liked. Swapping for the size down solved this.”
