“With a head measurement of 22.5" I opted for size M the problem with that is the velcro tabs need to be attached near the end of the strips leaving a large over-hang which can get easily caught or attached to hair otherwise the M is a comfortable fit when there is still swelling & banging directly after face-lift surgery”
