“I have already sent in a complaint and requested replacements. Both units had the same fault: the diffusing disc did not cover the LEDs around part of the circumference so the light emitted was harsh and unpleasant to the eye. This contrasted with the 300 mm warm white lights I bought earlier. These were easy to fit and worked perfectly.”
