“Very pleased with the lights themselves, as they are a great improvement on the 25 watt halogen downlights they have replaced. However, there were a couple of problems. The lights were ordered with express delivery, but were delivered late by Evri, who also lied to try cover up for the delay, which I can prove. Furthermore, three of the lights had mounting brackets that were different type from the other five. They did not have a central hole and were not the full width of the light unit and had to be modified by bending to fit, although this presented no great problems. To sum up, despite the issue with the brackets, I am happy with the lights. I also was pleased how your staff followed up on my enquiries regarding the late delivery. However, I would advise that Evri is probably not reliable enough to carry out express deliveries, especially in this area, where I have found them somewhat lackadaisical.”
