“Beautiful but unfortunately poorly made. The holes used to attach the glass to the pendant seem like an afterthought of both of mine were badly chipped on arrival when the use of a grommet or something similar would have prevented this. Additionally the fact that each time you want to change the water or the bulb you have to unscrew the glass putting pressure each time on the badly drilled holes, it makes them very flimsy. The first one I attached cracked on the first installation, I have emailed customer service but not heard back. If I hadn’t already spent some time removing my old lights and attaching these, I would have returned them. Instead I have just asked for replacement glass for one of them. Will update if I get a reply”
