“The product itself is of excellent quality, the only dissapointment was that the lamp was sent in a polished chrome finish rather than the satin finish listed on the website, a fact that I have now informed Lyco about.”

“Product is good value but fitting instructions are incomplete though hardly necessary. First product had a faulty switch, the current one is always lit up (at a very low level) and I am not sure what the problem is and whether or not it is dangerous. Have not yet got round to checking out Lyco's technical knowledge.”
