“My rating is more to do with the service, rather than the product. I have so far only received 1 of the 2 lights I ordered. I am told the 2nd one is with Hermes, but I have constantly had to chase for updates, get very little information & no-one contacts me to let me know what is happening. Extremely disappointed with the service - have now requested a refund for the 2nd light, but I haven’t even had that request acknowledged!”

“Lights were very good, easy to install. 15 minutes each but it took an hour for each to remove the high tack sticky labels from the Perspex shades”
