“despatch was swift ordered 3lights to fit in a shipping container workshop project after turning on the power one of the lights flickered and then failed .after reading the details on the box found out that they ore out of warrenty if lights are on for more then ten hours not good for a transport firm that runs 24 7 shame as they put out good light”

“Ordered 3 of your 36W 4ft battens. Two work perfectly the third was flickering from the outset and has now given up the ghost. On receipt of the items I noticed that two were in original packaging but the third had been obviously opened and had been resealed with tape. Just disappointed that it hadn't been checked properly before sending it on to me!! I'm now stuck with a light that doesn't work, I don't think 2 out of 3 is good enough, do you? Two days later.... Have been in contact with the firm and a replacement lamp has been agreed. No quibbling, they accepted my word and have been very efficient. Full marks for great service!”

“Brilliant low cost fitting if you are happy with a "throwaway item" once the light source comes to the end of its life. Were good used on a movement sensor circuit.”
